Not sure where you fit? Read about complex immigration situations or start the intake.

Pick the situation below that sounds closest to yours. You do not need to know the right immigration term first, that is our job. Start with what is happening in real life, and I will help you identify the immigration issue underneath it.

Immigreen is a focused Canadian immigration consulting firm led by Mehdi Nafisi, RCIC-IRB. You work directly with Mehdi for regulated advice, file review, and accountability. Where a matter calls for expertise outside the engagement, the firm may collaborate with other licensed immigration professionals or independent legal counsel, with roles kept clear from the start.

If you want to understand that in more depth, the Evidentiary Clarity Framework explains how officers assess credibility, consistency, corroboration, evidence quality, and decision logic. It is worth reading once you know this is the right service for your situation.

Are you planning permanent residence?

Express Entry, BC PNP, family sponsorship, or another route. If you are not sure which one fits your situation, that is normal. Most people are not.

Do you need a work permit?

A new permit, an extension, an LMIA, or a permit that is expiring and needs sorting out before it becomes a problem.

Are you sponsoring a spouse or partner?

Bringing your husband, wife, or partner to Canada, whether you are married, common-law, or still figuring out which one applies to you.

Are you a student planning to stay in Canada?

Your study choices now can shape whether permanent residence is realistic later. Worth understanding before you are stuck with a permit that does not lead anywhere.

Was your application refused?

A refusal is not the end of the story. The real question is why it happened, and what your actual options are now.

Are you preparing for Canadian citizenship?

Physical presence, taxes, the test, the oath. I will tell you what the requirements mean for you and what is left to sort out.

Does your immigration situation have more than one issue?

Humanitarian grounds, admissibility concerns, a family situation that does not fit a standard pathway. This is where I do my best work.

Not sure which immigration question comes first?

That is fine. Most people who contact me are not sure either. Send me the basics and I will tell you what deserves attention first.

Are you hiring a foreign worker?

LMIA, employer compliance, and what you actually need in place before you make an offer.

Do you need an LMIA?

What it takes, how long it realistically runs, and where employers usually run into trouble.

Are you transferring an employee to Canada?

Intra-company transfers for your own staff, without going through the LMIA process.

Are you expanding a business into British Columbia?

The BC PNP entrepreneur and regional streams, for business owners who want to build something here.

How Immigreen works through an immigration file

I get the full picture. What happened, what was submitted, what was decided, in your words first.

I identify the real issue. Not just the label on a form or refusal letter, but what actually needs to be established underneath it.

I look at the evidence honestly. What supports you, what is missing, what is inconsistent, and what the decision-maker will actually need to see.

I map the right path with you. Reconsideration, reapplication, a new application, or something else, based on your actual situation.

Applicants, families, employers, and professionals who want an honest read on their situation, not just someone to fill out forms. People who understand that how a file is built matters more than shortcuts or optimism, and who are ready to engage seriously with what is actually going on.

If you are looking for a guaranteed outcome, a purchased job offer, fabricated documents, or someone who will simply tell you what you want to hear, Immigreen is not the right firm. We do not take on files that depend on any of that, and we will tell you clearly when the facts do not support the outcome you want.

Not sure how much professional help you need? You may be able to prepare the matter yourself, work with an RCIC / immigration consultant, or use a lawyer where that is the better fit. Compare lawyer, RCIC, and DIY options.

Which immigration question should you start with?

That is completely normal. Most people who contact Immigreen are not sure either. You start with a short intake so I can understand the issue before the consultation. Mehdi reviews the information personally, and the conversation is designed to leave you with a clear view of the realistic options, including when the better decision is to wait, gather stronger evidence, or not apply yet.
