Status restoration help in Vancouver

Immigreen's Vancouver practice reviews non-routine status and deadline questions. Your documents and dates come first; this page cannot tell you that restoration is available.

What status did you hold, and what changed?

Start with the document that showed your visitor, student or worker status. Explain whether it expired, an application was returned, or you received a decision. Keep each person's record separate if more than one person is affected.

Which dates and documents should be in front of you?

Gather the status document, any application confirmation, government letter and decision. Put the dates in order, including when you submitted anything and when you received a response. Mention work or study activity as a fact to review, without assuming you had permission to continue it.

Why can the next step differ?

The answer depends on what status you held, what happened before and after its expiry, and what the government record says. Restoration, an extension question and a refusal are not interchangeable labels. The Canada-wide restoration guide has the detailed questions and current-source links; your own record still needs review.

How do you start the status intake?

Choose the status or deadline category, share the key documents and dates, then request a 15-minute introductory call with Mehdi. You can edit your answers before sending. The request does not stop a deadline or confirm a restoration route.
