What hiring question are you trying to solve?

Describe the role, the person you hope to hire, where the work will actually happen, and what your business needs. Those details help separate an employer's LMIA question from the worker's own work-permit question. An LMIA may be relevant, but it is not the starting assumption.

What evidence will matter in an employer review?

Bring the proposed duties and wage, your business records, and any offer or recruitment records you already have. The job location should agree across the material. Federal employer guidance considers the actual job and work location in its assessment; see ESDC's wage and work-location guidance. No one can choose a wage or predict a decision from this page alone.

How does a Vancouver employer start with Immigreen?

Use the employer intake to explain the hiring need and the records you have. You can edit the category and details before requesting a 15-minute introductory call with Mehdi. That request is a first conversation, not a booked appointment or a decision that your file qualifies.

For the wider employer process, read the Canada-wide LMIA guide.
